C93200 cast bronze bars are available in both solid and cored structures in a variety of standard and non-standard lengths. They offer good machinability and anti-frictional properties, with moderate load-carriage aspects. C93200 cast bronze bars are ideal for special bearings, prototype bearings, and emergency repairs.

C95400 (Aluminum Bronze) Cast Bronze Bars

C95400 cast bronze bars are available in either heat-treated or continuous cast condition and come in a variety of standard and non-standard lengths and sizes. Aluminum bronze is used for low speed and very high load-bearing applications, such as machine tool bearings, heavy-duty earth moving equipment, and roll neck bearings.

C95400 cast aluminum bronze bars have exceptional hardness and abrasion resistance. These properties remain stable even at elevated temperatures. At 500° F, the compressive strength is comparable to tin bronzes at room temperature. However, C95400 cast bronze bars require consistent lubrication with graphite, grease, or molybdenum-disulfide, as well as the use of hardened steel shafts.

C87850 (ECO Bronze) Cast Bronze Bar

ECO Bronze is a cost-effective, environmentally friendly alloy that is independently tested and verified to be free of lead, arsenic, and bismuth. This 100% recyclable cast bronze material possesses excellent machinability, weight savings, and resistance to dezincification and stress corrosion. It also has a similar strength to stainless steel. C87840 cast bronze bars can be ordered in standard and non-standard lengths.

When your application requires a lead-free alloy, ECO bronze offers performance equal to or better than C93200 leaded bronze alloy. It resists the pitting common in copper pipes when subjected to high pH, high chloride water. ECO Bronze also meets the standards for RoHS & REACH compliance.
