- General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you of the anticipated shipment date by return email.
- Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States. Any shipments outside of the United States are not available at this time.
- Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
- Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your order reference number included in the email.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the state to which the item is shipped and where we are required to collect tax. Otherwise, the tax liability is assumed by the customer to properly report the taxable purchase.
- Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at email@example.com. All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please keep all original packaging in case it is needed for your claim.

Only purchases made with in the last 30 days are considered eligible for a return.
To return an item, you must request an authorization number from Bushings and Bars Direct by sending an email to email@example.com the request must include the following information:
- Date of Purchase
- Name of purchaser of record
- Receipt or Invoice # provided for the purchase
- Clearly state the reason for the return
- Contact email address and phone number
Support will acknowledge back with an email an authorized return number. Please print the email out and include with the return shipment.
Item should be returned timely, in the original packaging to the address provided with the authorization number email provided by the support team. Upon receipt and inspection, you will be advised by email of if the credit is approved and would be credited to the original payment method used, or if the item is to be replaced we will replace the item in a return shipment. Items returned for anything other than defective workmanship or a confirmed shipping error may be subject to a restocking charge. Customer will be responsible for the cost of the return of the item to the address provided. Any claims for a damaged shipment, MUST be filed within 7 days of delivery and all packaging should be kept for your claim.
